2. Digital Script License Specifications

When you purchase software applications, SaaS cores, or templates from our Website Scripts Store, Jovic Technologies grants you a non-exclusive, perpetual commercial utilization license under the following strict boundaries:

• Permitted Modification: You have full rights to modify the source code arrays, adjust layout configurations, and connect personal database architectures to match your specific business deployment parameters.
• Fulfillment Scope: A single standard software license may be deployed onto exactly one target domain setup. Multi-site deployments require separate licensing authorizations.
• Strict Redistribution Bans: You are explicitly prohibited from sub-licensing, repackaging, or reselling our raw source code zip packages on external marketplaces or sharing files across public developer groups. Violations invalidate the license immediately.

3. Academy Cohort & Mentorship Guidelines

Students registering for our 1-on-1 Coding Bootcamp Cohorts agree to the following educational parameters:

• Infrastructure Requirements: Students must provide their own personal computer equipment running a verified operating system with independent terminal access configurations.
• Attendance Policies: Rescheduling a private 1-on-1 physical or live Google Meet mentoring sprint session requires at least 24 hours of advance notice to protect our engineering staff's calendar schedules.

4. Custom Agency Development Milestones

For custom full-stack web software, SEO positioning, or graphic identity assets contracted through our studio teams:

Projects advance through clear, documented phases. A 50% initial commitment deposit is required to start your development pipeline. Once final system validation and staging checks are complete on our sandbox server arrays, the remaining balance must be cleared before the live files, code repositories, or admin handles are officially transferred to your domain directories.

5. Refund, Download, & Delivery Policies

Due to the irreversible nature of digital file delivery networks, **all purchases made on our script marketplace are final and non-refundable** once the system issues your source file package download tokens via our automated payment paths.

If you encounter configuration blocks or system errors while deploying an application, our technical support desk provides complete debugging assistance within 30 days of purchase to ensure the script functions as advertised on your server hosting spaces.

6. Technical Limitations & System Liabilities

Jovic Technologies provides all code templates and pre-engineered applications on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we execute thorough multi-device validation checks and security scans, we do not warrant that third-party plugin updates or external API adjustments (like payment processors changes) will never cause connectivity issues down the road.

In no event shall our studio hub or its engineering staff be held liable for external operational liabilities, data drops, or lost profit metrics arising from un-optimized hosting configurations, server updates, or user modification choices.
