2. Digital Script License Specifications

When you purchase software applications, SaaS cores, or templates from our Website Scripts Store, Jovic Technologies grants you a non-exclusive, perpetual commercial utilization license under these boundaries:

• Permitted Modification: Full rights to modify source code arrays and adjust layout configurations for your target domain setup.
• Fulfillment Scope: A single standard software license may be deployed onto exactly one target domain setup.
• Strict Redistribution Bans: Prohibited from sub-licensing, repackaging, or reselling our raw source code zip packages.

3. Academy Cohort & Mentorship Guidelines

Students registering for our 1-on-1 Coding Bootcamp Cohorts agree to provide personal computer equipment with terminal access and give at least 24 hours of advance notice if rescheduling a private mentoring sprint.

4. Custom Agency Development Milestones

For custom web software, a 50% initial commitment deposit is required to start your development pipeline. The remaining balance must be cleared before final live deployment to your domain directories.

5. Refund & Delivery Policies

All digital purchases on our script marketplace are final and non-refundable once download tokens are issued. Our technical support team provides complete debugging assistance within 30 days of purchase.

6. Technical Limitations & System Liabilities

Jovic Technologies provides code templates on an "as is" basis. We maintain multi-device validation checks but are not liable for third-party API adjustments or un-optimized hosting configurations.
