• Personal technology training

• SEO optimization
• Website maintenance and support

3. Payment Terms

• Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements
• Training sessions require payment in advance
• Refunds are available according to our refund policy

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients own the final deliverables. JoVictech retains the right to use project work in portfolios and marketing materials.

5. Limitation of Liability

JoVictech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Completed work will be billed according to the agreed terms.
